The calculations without transactions…

Update and up gradation is a natural clock of our life. Even if we are doing nothing in a day we feel something up for once in a day. We feel that things are really going fast and this fastness always pushes us to do better and get better the day after tomorrow. In the update we always miss some wonderful moments of our life from the past. Some college students miss school days, school children miss childhood days, some married miss single days 😀 .

Photo by me of Mountain Girnar

At one time I had been to Girnar with some friends. Friends need to shut some places in Girnar for the documentary film. I was there as a much familiar person to Girnar. I was just 20 years old and not much of a busy person that time and even today too. I take those chances to go out in nature and feel better. We reached there in the evening and went to one aashram. Those saints welcomed us and we put our bags in a room. We took dinner and went to meet the chief monk. We had some spiritual talks about Girnar and understood the way of their cult. Suddenly the other monks called the chief for some prayer and they joined to sing at one corner there. Music touches me a lot and the effect without any loudspeakers is always precious. They were singing and we enjoyed some time. There was an older person with us on that trip and we decided to bring one folk singer Nugaa Bhagat of Junagadh. We knew each other for more than a year. We called him after 10:PM and requested him to sing for us that night. He said yes without any hesitations and took him to ashram  by our car. There were no instruments, no Microphone, no lights but only a tone of Nugaa Bhagat. He has his “Ektaro” (one string instrument) with him always. He sang with it there. He sang the whole night till 4 A.M. Four monks and we three sat there to hear those ultimate tones. Girnar was in the background and it was the rainy season. At 5:AM we dropped Nuga Bhagat to his house and returned to Ashram. The most surprising thing was that there were no expectations in his eyes of having some money for singing. He sang continuously like a true devotee and without any expectations in spite of hardly fulfilling needs to the family. ! Even when we firstly reached the ashram I showed expectations in the eyes of some monks. It was a pleasurable night for us. I enjoyed it fully with utmost satisfaction. Those times which had no transactions but without that we got memorable times. Every time in life we are calculating everything. But, I think we should leave some time like that where we forget to calculate and increase our values.. ?! Some day if we are not having an upgrade then nothing will change to our life. Remember that when we are in a difficult face of life then those memories are being souvenirs for us..Those moments when a human upgrade with human values are always calculated differently in our life by Nature.

Sometimes we should leave our daily calculations and allow Nature to do it for us. It will be invaluable and ultimate.

Those moments who are calculated can never provide satisfaction where those are without calculations always create satisfaction.

Thank You So much.

The Unconditional Humanity…..

Donations… We are much familiar with this word now. Everyone know the meaning and necessary of it. In my school times I thought it’s something like punishment for those who get poor marks and by that they get admission into some colleges. There are always conditions in every transaction and it’s also in donations. Someone wants to get an admission by donations. Someone wants popularity by donations and someone has interest in rumours. Though Some industrialists are doing a great job by helping the poor for their betterment. Those who have enough money for the donations are always usual but those who don’t have much money and source helping others ,are unusual. ‘Donation’ is a very formalist word for them. ‘Help’ is a very nice word to describe their lives.

Painting by me…

I am talking about a great artist of Ahmadabad who was a simple and very kind-hearted man. He was an artist from C.N College of fine arts. His name is Mr. K.R. Yadav. He was a professor in C.N Fine Arts and my father was a student that time in between 1980’s. My father was aware about his style , simplicity, and the kind nature of Yadav sir. He came with his bicycle every day. He always cared about their students and Whenever he got his salary at the end of month, he used to write on the bulletin board that ‘If any student does not have money to pay the fee, he should come to me ! He paid fees for many students. Despite being a family-man, he lived like that. Sometimes missing a few bucks for his house expenses, he went to his artist friend to have some money. Though he used to talk with that friend about some other things, It was understandable for that artist and he used to give some rupees to Yadav sir. They know about each other’s condition, unconditionally. He was very much a tea lover and used to go to one tea stall on the opposite side of C.N. College. The tea seller knew about Yadav sir’s kind nature and was like a friend of his. He would never take rupees for tea from sir ?  How that tea man would not even take money from him ! Because he used to understand him unconditionally. That great chain was key to throbbing the city. We hardly find these throbbing characters in cities now. Such characters who try to fill someone’s life by liveness are a form of blessings and may nature continue to shower such blessings.

Cities are not known for their cars running in the twinkling lights of the dark knight, but for such characters who illuminate in the darkness of the day.

Thank You So Much..

The Monasticism from ‘Karma’

India is the land of spirituality.. Lot of cults and saints has been here. From east to west there are religious cults everywhere. Some of the monks have  big names in World also. In global world, saadhus also being famous by internet. It is good to have their thoughts and guidance being followed by the people all over the world. There are saints with the background of religion but there are a lot other saints who are in the background of deeds or karma. Both are important.

Painting by Navin R Soni, Bhuj-India

Today, I want to write about one man who is living in my town. His name is chandrashinha. He is lover of cow and serving cows from the heart. Those cows who are not been able to give milk those left by their owners and chandrashinha serve those cows. Before some years ago he got few lakes rupees in the land deal. Then he decided to serve for the cows and not to marry. He often goes to one saint who is living near to our town and bring some food, vegetables and milk to him.  Now these days, when the lock down is on, he couldn’t go for a few days after lock down. He called to the monk and knew that there were no vegetables and milk left for him. Buses are closed, private vehicles have no permission to go anywhere. It’s almost 9 km from our town. The brother of chandrashinha is a police officer but he hadn’t tell him for special permission. During this time he decided to go there by walk with vegetables and milk to serve him. He went there by walk, delivered  everything needed and returned with utmost satisfaction like he has always.!!. Sometimes, we can’t decide that who is monk?. That guide waiting for the things or the shishya(follower) who is serving him in this crucial time? Thus, there is no difference between the monk and his follower! People like this are not big names where others serve people by their religious speeches.  They know their ‘kaarmik’ duty and serve with satisfaction. There are lot other people who are serving food and other needs with dedication. Salutations to all those Kaarmik Saints…

Some people are monks with their Karma’s, where they don’t need any religion in the background, because there is a background of nature always with them.

Thank You So much

The nature of an Agriculture…

Mother earth has a lot of variations in every continent. For the survival of the human being, the earth is giving  enough food sources for everyone. In simple words, earth gives us nutrition that our body(earth) needs. By agriculture, humans understood the nature of earth and humans have developed agriculture as an invention.

A month ago, I went to a farm with my family.  My sweet niece of three years with us. We get there by noon. My niece was really excited to see the farm. It was great to see how she looked at those plans, trees around there and that cultivated farm. By walking around there on the farm I used to talk with my niece and saw her some particles of grains. I told her that we are eating this in ‘roti'(Chapati, Tortilla). She was looking surprisingly at those particles and she touched to observe that. She was in deep thought about how these grains are really important for us to have food? She enjoyed a lot there and grabbed some fruits and seeds for home plants. It was really good to see those expressions in her eyes.

In current times, parents are really conscious about their kids for studies. They send them to Nursery schools and feel really happy by listening to a few poems from their children. I think they should learn ‘A’ for Agriculture first rather than ‘A’ for Apple. It is good to have some learning in the early age but, kids should learn about agriculture. How sowing is done and how our farmers do hard  work to get to us. Kids need to realise how we actually get those grains by mother earth and the son of earth. Farmers has always been connected to land and sky. They know the language of land and seeds with enough water supply. They are reaping seasonally and wait for the nature’s turn. How Nature give us so many grains in return with only a few seeds? That importance should be learned prematurely and by that they will understand the nature of the earth. They learn the actual importance of our existence. Realisation of how earth is giving us those vegetables, grains, fruits and flowers without gaining a profit! In early age they understand the emotions of ‘giving’ to others. Our education system should include a subject of understanding agriculture which is as important as any other subjects. In the future, there will be a time when everyone needs to have knowledge about agriculture and have their own cultivable land. There will be a time when we have to grow and eat our own vegetables and grains.

The study of the language of the earth is as important as our language of conversation.

Thank you so much.

Art is a gift given by Nature..

Being artistic and being an artist are two different things. There is never a dominion of an artist on art. Art is always a mother of an artist. It is like a child in the lap of a mother and she/art is moving her hands on the head of the artist/child. I always feel that artists are never self taught. They learn by observing others or nature. Music is nearer to nature. Every form of art is borne from nature and that first tone is very important. Whenever you go to the root of an art it would be nature. When one is going to learn any art form then the firstly, one should try to gain knowledge about it. Musicians should listen to other artists, painters and sculptors should read and observe the master pieces, writers need to read others ‘ words. Actors and dancers should look at plays and performances. Every artist is inspired by others’ work and they get more strength in their field.

Painting by Artist Navin Soni (Ashtanayika painting series)

There are never any shortcuts to achieve in art. Today, many youngsters look at art as a thing of earning or a very easy task. They are looking for shortcuts. They are doing a few sketches and made a label of an ‘artist’ behind them. They post their work or performance on social media and get appreciation of  some poor work! Suddenly, they are at the top of the world and they don’t look at their weaknesses. They forget to have a self-examination on their work or performance and gain overconfidence. Even very talented and experienced artists post their work continuously to gaining appreciation. They also know that their level of work goes down compared to their old work! But they find a good way to deceive themselves. They earn enough by art but that’s not an art all about making a lot of money. Those are different things of doing a business and doing an Art.

Art has no relation with arrogance. Many artists behave very strangely and proudly to people! ? They behave differently with their family too to express their artistic life and they forget of being a family man.  A local but the great artist of Kutch Mr. LC Soni always guided with few lines that dear artists, “Be human first than artist”. There should be humanity inside you before your art. Otherwise, there will be no difference between you and hooligan. An artist never known for his work or performance only but it is wearing a dress of homeliness or obedience.

Art is not a cup of tea for every person of the world, it’s a sea of emotions to connect with people and set a perfect milieu for everyone. In my case, I will learn and learn for the lifetime in art.

On the day when you forget to calculate that received in art, something is learned by the supernatural.

Thank You So Much

Nature for education and Nature of education…

In every aspect of life, we are learning something new. We educate us in a different role. Sometimes of life, of any subject, art, driving, in a career etc. We can be well educated but not anyone can be fully educated even by the end of life. In every zone there is a different system to study and learn. The most valuable study is from the innocent age when we go to school. Observation is the main key to learn something. Our ancestors observed first and then applied to their routine. By that they started to find solutions to problems. They innovated some invaluable things without any school. There was only one teacher and it was “Nature” .

Painting by Navin R Soni

From the ages in Hindu sanskriti there has been a system of study from gurukul. ‘Sandipani’ ashram is the best example of it. In those times, students used to come from their home for a few terms and learned by staying there at ashram. They learnt by sitting under the tree and connecting with  soil. It’s amazing where the results were only seen in the eyes of gurus by their marking and not marks. Maybe there was no mathematics like today. They taught about shooting, languages, astronomy, yantras, mantras, tantra, different mathematics, science etc. The conversation of learning and teaching was in the proximity of nature. That’s why there was no burden of getting highest marks and being at top or bottom. Now, education has been changed totally. Air condition buildings, semesters, materials, books, exams, academies etc. Though the education system has a lot of issues, students should utilise their smooth efforts to study. Getting knowledge from study is more important than getting marks. Many students fears a lot during exams and takes stupid step of suicide !? How!? Exams are more important than life?. Even life is not an exam which can give you a certificate. It’s only filled with lessons. We can have great examples where one girl becomes an IAS topper or CA topper who is living in slums! A great respect for those who are studying hard to achieve something in life. Some have no smartphones, no ac classrooms, without study rooms achieved a lot from their learning. Those who have failed in exams and felt like losing a world should take inspiration from them.

Students in those times when an education took in gurukul by the imminent nature. There was no disappointment in the process of learning. The spoken words by gurus were first dropped on the leaves of the trees and then to the ears of students. So here it is much different from there. Hope this difference may be reduced by the coming tutors or students to achieve new heights of education.

Education is not the slave of facilities, it’s a learning process by interchange between nature and human nature for a better tomorrow.

Thank You so much.

Marriage is a Friendship…

Nowadays, Marriages celebrate like festivals. Lighting, Music, Decorations, food items, dresses, ornaments, Selfies, heavy sets, special entry for couple etc. Those few days of show offs have not  much more than calmness, love, understanding, responsibilities to each other. Heavy dresses, original flower decorations for some lakhs, high quality sets, expensive catering, music for extra emotions which is everything a talk of the society for a few days. Nothing will work more than love and candour to live together.

Painting By Navin R Soni, Bhuj-India

From month ‘Kartak’ to ‘faagan’ and ‘vaishakh’ to ‘jeth’ is the season of marriages in India as Hindu calendar. ‘Muhurta’ (the right time for Rituals) is very important for marriage ceremonies. How could the way a trend of marriages started?! Without ‘Muhrata’, transactions, decorations, food dishes.?! By Indian Mythology, evening is a good time to be married when there is twilight created on the horizons.

In Childhood, I always got bored of attending marriage functions and told my father about that. He had only one question for me. What will you do when you get marry.?! My answer is still the same.I got bored too during solemnization of my marriage that needs to be done two times. Where first for the actual ceremony and second time for photographers.! Those few days of Regalisam has nothing more than entertainment. Nothing will come together and every couple needs to understand their life on the basis of time. What can be a real definition of marriage? I think its’ a true friendship. If a couple can’t’ be true friends then life has a lot of disappointments. In old times women had nothing to do for their life. Women had no rights and men had a misunderstanding of having authority over them? Even the word ‘marriage’ is becoming a very less important and getting divorce is a very common thing for a few silly reasons! Tuning between each other is always necessary but now, the upcoming generation doesn’t’ have much interest in going for tuning and getting married to each other!? Many of them  are not sure about whether to marry or not. The word freedom has taken it the wrong way and they use it in their own way. Believing in marriage is a big question for coming generations.Stability has a great role to maintain their own life. Life is a lesson and those different faces of it should be learnt by the time. No one has been born as self-educated.

Marriage is like two good tuned instruments that can  produce sweet music.

Thank You So Much.

“Shiva”.. the Soul of the “Universe”

One day we were talking about the existence of “Shiva”. I think Shiva is the first soul, a first Light, a first drop and a main tone that is moving in the universe. Shiva is an element that can be moulded into any element. It can be wind, sky, water, fire or soil. Shiva is unborn. He doesn’t need to be born. Because one element which is an ultimate soul has no form. He can transfer into form himself to show us the existence.  Which would be the first ‘Manirshi’ had imagined or experienced the form of Shiva.? How the way the drawing had been drawn by an artist.?! That would be an ultimate feeling. In India, many places are known as the land of Shiva. Ujjain, Himalayas and Girnar are those lands known to him. Even Ujjain is called a nucleus of the world by the Monks!

Painting by me of talmala.

When we go to some natural place and we find great vibrations, a presence of Shiva is there in soil. By going somewhere in nature if we find an ultimate breathing, it is a presence of Shiva in the air. In Jungles where we find a wonderful sound of waterfalls, is a Shiva. He is also in the sky with dark  clouds of monsoon. He is present in northern lights or in the volcanoes. The Shiva element is moving continuously in five elements. The CERN( European Organisation of Nuclear Research) had found something like the form of the ‘Nataraj’ during nuclear research. https://www.fritjofcapra.net/shivas-cosmic-dance-at-cern/

The form of Nataraj, the Shiva is a lord of destruction and creation. ‘Tandava’ is like a form of destruction. The destruction by the water or wind, there is Shiva there in tandava form. It is felt  in the tremor of an earthquake and in falling lightning. From ages, he is moving in between us and has been worshipped by Human beings. I am surprised with today’s worship with processions and posters on advertising boards.!?

Shiva is the steady and ultimate flow, he doesn’t need to be prompted by human resources.

Thank you so much.

‘VastuShastra(Iconography) is the Home of Nature.

When Vastu was born.  ? The earth is covered with directions and it is moving from west to east every day. Directions are steady for distracted world and for steady world, directions can move(By Babubhai Ranpura, my Guru). Vision is very important when moving in the right direction for anyone.  In every sector direction is need full. How vastu shastra born before ages..?. Humans had been living by the use of five elements. At first they used naturally and now with some machines also. These five elements are sky, air, fire, water and earth.  These five elements have been moving from their directions to gave breath, lights, peace(Water), nutrition(Earth) and thoughts(Sky). The home of humans were caves and elements naturally collide with those rocks to maintain the life of humans in the right direction.

Painting by me…

When there would be the first  human made structure of 90 degrees built to live?. Because Nature has never created any 90 degree angles.  So the five elements were moving smoothly into the caves or homes before that and when the angles created by human made structures then something unnatural move found by those five elements. I think by that, the requirements of Vastu shastra realised. How that air would collide that first 90 degree angle?. How humid, sunlight, space of thoughts and greenery found something unusual to move from there?.  Vastu is nothing more than a source of the five elements in any structure. If anyone is believed to make a structure like it then it’s going to be good for lives.

Everyone has a dream to have a beautiful home and peaceful life in that home. Many of them serious to make a good home plan which is suitable to Vastu shastra. But Can we ever have a thought of doing suitable or good for Vastu or directions. ! If directions can work for us then why not we ?! Human beings searching  everything for the betterment of them but Humans should look for the betterment of nature or directions. Then it would be great for the Humans.

The corners in home are very important in the sense of Vastu Shastra and of our mind. We should give enough space to move those five elements and have a peaceful life.

Thank You So Much.. Everyone. I completed  50 blogs today. Thanks for the appreciation and love.

Realism of Necessities…

We all are slaves of necessities.. one child needs a mom. A child never ask or seeking to be in big house more than in the lap of mother. That is the first requirement of child. A child has no interest to sit in expensive cars, but they always excited about toy cars. If we are not aware of our needs, its’ endless. In spite of knowing that, someone run for more expensive necessities. Life has never require more than basic needs, but this materialistic world created a tumour in minds.

Painting by me.

Simple living and high thinking is always work for everyone. Living a life naturally is truly blessings.Others can’t judge one’s living standards by having branded things or not ! Many of my friends has madness of buying expensive branded things. People buy expensive things in debt just to have attention towards them! The burden of such an outward life affects their personal life too. They live in debt and die in debt. Their families also have to face bad consequences. Even youngsters are doing like that?  Many families are afraid of losing relations with their relatives due to living standard. I think there is no need of such relations those are maintained by wealth and positions.

Someone said that our next generation should know that walking is not a poor thing and driving in expensive car is not a great thing.

Rich relationships are not developed by expensive living. If that happens then its’ of selfishness.
Thank you so much.
